## [Recipe]
## Ingredients
– a 1/2 block of tofu
– 30g spring mix
– 1/2 cup potato starch
## Directions
– Cut half of tofu into 12 pieces.
– Coat tofu in potato starch evenly
– Put 1T of soy sauce, 1/2T of sugar, 4T of water, 1/2T of vinegar, and a little ginger powder into a mixing bowl and mix well to make tofu dipping sauce.
– Put cooking oil in a pot and once oil temperature reaches 180 degrees Celcius, put tofu in the pot
– Use wooden chopsticks to keep the tofu from sticking.
– While tofu is being fried crispy, we’ll prepare the salad dressing
– mix 3T of olive oil, 1T of soy sauce, 1T of balsamic vinegar, and 1T of honey for our easy and simple salad dressing.
– When the surface of tofu becomes crisp, remove it from the oil and plate it with sprout vegetables.
– Mix sprout vegetables with salad sauce.
