Download Hey guys!

This has been a passion project for a long time, and it’s finally complete enough to send out. Please enjoy my **Meal Plan Masterlist!**

This project was originally created because I worked for years at a homeless shelter/food bank, and I was constantly face-to-face with those who just didn’t have enough money to feed themselves without help. I was annoyed by all the food blogs and posts which budgeted their recipes by the cost per *serving* rather than the cost per *recipe*. I know that if you’re actually in dire straits financially, it’s actually much more helpful to know the recipe’s total cost.

However, the project expanded and now includes a handful of low-budget meal plans as well as more meal plans for other nutritional goals and food sensitivities including sugar and dairy. I also have created a separate page which organizes items which I do and do not assume are already in your pantry, as well as my recipes index, which includes **hundreds** of recipes which are currently organized by cost per recipe, but also includes cost per serving, calories, protein, fat, and carbohydrates per recipe.

The recipe index is a work in progress, so it’s not yet complete, but every recipe included in the meal plans does include all of the above information. When the index is complete, I’ll send it out again. Of course, you’re welcome to fill out what you need once you download a copy for yourself.

This is absolutely amazing, thank you for sharing your hard work!!
This is hard work that requars determination as well as passion. Knowing there are people like you out on reddit creating and sharing really usefull information with people just for the sake of sharing is really inspairing. Keep up the good work.
Thank you so much! I have a family of 7, (4 growing boys,1 girl, 2 adults) and I am a stay at home mom. Things like this are a godsend for our budget. I hope you realize what a blessing you are.
Started to edit then lost train of thought, so no actual edit besides this statement ?
Thanks for sharing this!
Well done, this is incredible. Go you!
Wow this is great. Thanks. I’m going to peruse the shit out of this.
Thank you! This is great!
Holy shit, this is really thorough work! Thank you so much!
You’re seriously a hero. Look at all those low carb options!!!! Thank you so much for this!
Pescatarian plans 1 and 3 have chicken as their dinner, that’s not exactly pescatarian.
That is really impressive! I hope it will reach many people that need it!
Amazing! Thank you!
Thank you for doing this!
Thank you for sharing!
This was really great and a lot of excellent work- it is deeply appreciated, and I hope the mods don’t nuke it! I’ve already saved off copies- thank you so much.
Amazing! Can’t wait to try these out
Woot Thanks!
This will help so many people. Thanks for sharing
Oh my gosh this is amazing! Thank you so much for sharing all your hard work!
Thank you
Just a note: that Creamy Chicken and Black Bean Enchiladas comes out to $8.62 per recipe according to the link. Maybe without the chicken it would be $2.08?
Great work! And thanks!!
Wow!! You’re awesome, thank you
Oh this is wonderful! Thank you so much for sharing.
Wait I can’t see the lists. Do I need to be on a computer and not my iPhone in order to view the google docs?
Thank you!
Wow! This is so awesome! Thank you!!??
You are so incredible to blend fruits and vegetables together!
This is why I love Reddit
God bless you! Truly, I’m thankfully not in financial hardship but I’m trying to save up for my first home and this will help tremendously.
Cool! I have started my own recently. It’s a lot of fun. I will definitely check it out!
Thank you, but not just another thank you… I spent some time looking this over and I will definitely use this. I’m kind of a collector of meal plans because I know they make my life easier. Most of the time I end up not using them, but yours, I definitely will.
Thank you for this- you are so right that seeing costs “per serving “ is less helpful than “per recipe”!
Wow this is amazing! The what to eat is the hardest part of cooking for me.
Thank you for taking the time to put this together and sharing!
Saved!
Very nice recipes. Thanks. ?
Thank you. I work in low income housing. This will be handy for my newsletters!
