Carb balance tortilla
1/4 Cup of Contadina Pizza sauce
1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup mushrooms
1/4 cup black olives
Bake in toaster oven 325 for 12 minutes
If you like your crust harder remove foil and bake on rack for another 5 minutes (be careful not to make a mess with this part)
Have you tried to make pizza dough with almond flour, eggs, cream cheese, and shredded mozzarella? so, so good with added garlic powder and Italian seasoning!.

I buy Trader Joe’s dough, and make four pizzas from one doughball. It’s low-carb enough for me, and actually tastes like pizza. YMMV.
I make these except I fold them and call them pizza-dillas.
